Bryce began his career in real estate when he was 21 years old selling businesses in Hamilton.
With a background in Property & Hospitality, he soon realized that his passion lay in residential property and, after a few years in hospitality related business, returned to the world of real estate here in Ponsonby.
Having lived in the area since 1982, Bryce is passionate about Ponsonby. It was this passion that lead him to purchase his own real estate office in 1995 under the United Realty Franchise. After purchasing the office he began crafting a team of knowledgeable and dedicated agents, most of whom are still with him today.
A franchise change saw United Realty become Ray White Ponsonby.
Bryce continued to manage the team as well as sell property himself at Ray White Ponsonby until 2001, when he retired from sales and moved into full time management.
With Bryce’s guidance and passion for the neighbourhood, and Ray White Ponsonby’s team of dedicated agents it’s no wonder that this office has been one of the top 3 Ray White branches in the country for the past 10 years.
