Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management), which is a highly respected Degree in the property industry. The theory which underpins this degree is uniquely grounded on real life situations, through an extensive series of case studies in property development, investment portfolio management, law, building construction practice, finance and economics.
After completion of his degree, Mitchell moved to Melbourne where he worked for one of Australia’s most specialist property, plant and equipment valuation companies.
Mitchell has been raised in a very successful family real estate environment; so it came as no surprise when he made the transition into the more dynamic field of real estate on his return to Auckland, New Zealand.
Mitchell’s enthusiasm, ability to listen carefully and efficiency to act, is a skill which allows the client’s wishes and expectations to be carefully adhered to. Mitchell clearly understands that a successful salesperson needs to take control of any situation with decisive confidence, and the only way to do this is to put in the hard work. Collapse
