Simon joined Bryce as a partner in Ray White Ponsonby in 1997.
He lived in the area during the 1970, as a student, and move back here more than 20 years ago.
He and Bryce, and the team at Ray White Ponsonby are very clear of their role; to achieve the highest price for each vendor by marketing each home to the widest possible market, and developing a marketing strategy to give the greatest probability of multiple offers on one day.
