It has always been Tricia’s belief that you should approach whatever you do in life with passion and even from an early age she has been passionate about houses. After spending her school years in Wellington, Tricia started out in the film and television industry where she worked for 15 years on productions such as “Once Were Warriors”, “Hercules”, “Xena” and “Shortland Street”.

Moving into real estate 15 years ago her career change was validated when after only 12 months in the industry, she was honoured with the REINZ Auckland ‘Rookie of the Year’ Award. Those whose have had any real estate dealing with her are simply amazed by her exceptional marketing, negotiation and people skills.

The fact that 90% of her business is from former clients, is testament to this.
