Set in St Heliers, you'll enjoy the close proximity of land to water with Mission Bay close by. St Heliers is a sought after suburb with many great bars, restaurants and shopping options - you won't miss out on any of the action staying in this location!

The house is located at the end of a long driveway that has plenty of off street parking along with a 2 double car garage.

On the ground level is your spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with lovely indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The living area opens out to the outside living space which has a nice size table, chairs and BBQ.

At the end of the hallway you'll find a nice spacious room with a queen size bed which has french doors out to a second outside living area. A guest bathroom is located on the other side of the hallway from the bedroom. You also have internal access from the hallway into the double garage.

Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms. The second bedroom from the stairwell has a single bed and desk. The third bedroom is spacious and has two single beds with a dresser and nightstands. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall and has a large balcony off the room with a large ensuite.

Failing to comply with these rules is against Airbnb policy and we will be forced to take the security deposit. 5) Check in time is strictly after 3pm. 6) Check out time is strictly before 11am. 7) No parties or events allowed - please do not leave the place in a mess. If it takes longer than 2 hours for our cleaners to clean the house, the extra time it takes will come out of your security deposit.
