Paul’s previous background is in finance and sales. He has always been “selling something”. His last role was National Sales Manager for a major car franchisor, where negotiating bulk buys with franchisees whilst delivering a class leading experience became a daily occurrence. Prior to that he specialised in Key Account Management, building strong relationships with some of NZ’s largest & most demanding companies. Delivering quality service in a competitive marketplace kept him on his toes and something he thrived at.
Apart from Paul’s personal interest in inner city living, he also has an eye for design, architecture and gardens (his Auckland home was in the magazine ‘NZ Gardner’). Working with clients to identify their properties key attributes and how to play to its strengths are all important facets of Paul’s focus. However the biggest focus will always be on you.
