He says, “as a salesperson, being governed by these elementary values, is pivotal in helping vendors and purchasers reach their ambitions and goals. The real estate property journey can often be a time of angst and pressure for many people. To help clear the vision and prioritise your scenario, ask yourself early on in the process; - what are the three most important considerations for you”?
So, what truly motivates Damon? It is simple. Negotiating effective solutions for his clients, alleviating their stresses, adding value and synchronising the dots that bring their plans and aspirations to fruition.
Having studied Law at AUT in Auckland, Damon understands that as a licensee having a “fiduciary obligation” to his clients and “maintaining confidentiality”, is an integral part of real estate transactions. He is sensitive and empathetic in situations that require delicate discussion.
Genuine, enthusiastic and well-presented. Damon’s personable and confident manner naturally results in people quickly feeling at ease, knowing that they are in safe and competent hands. He is patient, calm, driven, dedicated and wholeheartedly committed to nurturing robust client relationships.
