"I have loved living in this house for the past 24 years for many reasons.
The house itself is very solid and comfortable. It doesn't creak as some old buildings do. I love the high ceilings and the feeling of space. Most of all I love the character of the home. The style of the house can sustain both modern and antique furniture and there is plenty of wall space to display art. When friends stay, they say they can't believe how quiet it is. The HRV unit keeps the house dry and fresh. The back garden has seen many great occasions. It gets sun all day and is quite private. The gardens are low maintenance and easy to care for. I have a good neighbourhood who look out for each other and also have a local neighbourhood watch group. I love living in the area because of its diversity and being so close to vibrant areas such as Ponsonby Road, West Lynn and Kingsland.
