In one of the most anticipated television events of the year, the four stunning Point Chevalier homes from Three’s The Block NZ will go up for auction in November.

Ray White New Zealand will be selling all four homes under the hammer during the virtual auction on Saturday, 6 November.

The auction outcome and reveal of the winner of The Block NZ season nine will be broadcast on Three and ThreeNow soon after with broadcast details being announced soon.

This season the teams have produced some of the best designs the show has ever seen and the houses are now open for inspection virtually at Ray White.

Ray White New Zealand chief agency officer Treena Drinnan said it was fantastic to see the auctions finally going ahead.

“Three have today announced that The Block NZ season nine properties located in the aspirational suburb of Point Chevalier, just minutes from Auckland’s city centre, are set to go under the virtual auction hammer in less than three weeks,” Ms Drinnan said.

“The auctions will be run by Ray White in accordance with industry guidelines and health and safety requirements at the relevant alert level.

“Interested buyers should reach out to Ray White for more detailed information and opportunities around viewing within the current alert level restrictions.

“There is genuine interest from potential purchasers on all four properties and with a confirmed auction date we can expect to see further interest.

“We are looking forward to this translating on auction night with some competitive bidding.”

Potential bidders should act now to inspect the homes and register for the auction on November 6.
