Gower started his working life as a Real Estate Salesperson in Christchurch. In 2010 he moved to Auckland to work with the Ray White Ponsonby team. Having enjoyed achieving successes for buyers and sellers during his time as a salesperson, it is being a part of each salesperson's individual successes that fires Gower up. However, he never forgets the reason why he’s in business - to achieve the best possible price in the shortest possible time frame for every vendor.
In the last three years, the company has been recognised as one of Ray White International's top five businesses.
These awards have coincided with the team's salespeople having unparalleled growth inside their own personal businesses due to the structures and processes implemented from business planning with Gower.
Passionate about giving back to the community, Gower has lead the Ray White sponsorship of Westmere and Bayfield schools joint event the biannual “Spring Ball”. Environmentally the team keep a portion of Meola creek clean and planted with native trees, as well as undertaking a yearly clean up of Cox’s Bay. Gower has also called auctions for Western Springs College and the New Zealand Contemporary Dance Company- raising thousands of dollars to help these groups achieve their goals too.
