With the largest, most diverse team of local salespeople we know Greater Ponsonby better than most. We have been a part of Ponsonby since 1996 – and have proudly supported thousands of locals with their property journey. 

As a foundation Ray White office, we have been a part of the Greater Ponsonby community for over 25 years. We are recognised across the industry for challenging the status quo as to what is possible in our pursuit of providing the finest possible service whilst working to achieve the best possible price for every home we sell. 

Ray White Ponsonby has been recognised as a Top 3 Ray White Office in New Zealand Australia more than any other office  in the network. Although winning awards is fun (especially when you are super competitive!), what really matters to us is what our customer thinks of the service we provide. Our team regularly receives the highest survey results possible- with a substantial number of our customers repeat buyers or sellers – or have been referred to us. 

Our team focuses on supporting sellers and buyers across the Greater Ponsonby suburb of Ponsonby, St Mary’s Bay, Herne Bay, Freeman’s Bay, Grey Lynn & Westmere. However, over time we have found that many of those who live in our favourite pocket have investment properties or friends and families in other communities of Auckland- and as a result we provide services to them as well.
